Wizard's treehouse, put together in Unreal 4. Added some simple breakdown images further down that might help someone who wants to do something similar.
UV set 0 was used for tiling textures, which I painted on the tree with vertex paint inside of Unreal. For UV set 1 I baked down a normal map from a high poly to get some large scale detail. I also created a color map to get some dirt and color variation.
The interior parts of the tree are textured the same way as the exterior, but with different tiling textures.
